My records are a mess.
Good, you're our favorite kind. Reports, PDFs, screenshots, photos of paper. AI does the first pass and a human checks every number.
Do you need my bank login?
No, and you should hang up on anyone who asks. Setup runs off your documents. If you later want live bank feeds, you connect your bank yourself, inside your own account, through Plaid, the same service your bank's own app uses, and tenant rent runs on Stripe. Your money never passes through us and we never see your credentials.
I only have a few units. Is this overkill?
Honest answer: maybe. If tax time doesn't scare you, our free tools might be all you need, no account required. If tax time scares you, start free and see for yourself, or book the call and we'll set it up with you.
What happens after the call?
You'll have your properties and tenants in the system and a clear picture of what's left. We finish the rest within days, you check our work, and nothing changes for your tenants until you say go.
